Pre-litigation Fraud Fee Earner / Paralegal - Liverpool

Your new role
Working as a pre-litigation fraud handler you will work within a team of fraud specialists running a caseload of potentially fraudulent insurance claims, including suspected staged RTA , bogus passenger, exaggerated and low velocity impact claims. You will initially deal with primarily motor related claims, and will run fraud cases from the pre-litigation investigation stage, undertaking detailed review and analysis of evidence throughout the case.

What you'll need to succeed
You will need to have previous, recent experience of handling a pre-litigation caseload, meeting settlement targets. If you have experience handling LVI or other fraud claims this would be beneficial, but is not essential. If you have pre-litigation motor case handling experience and an interest in moving into a fraud based role, this could be the ideal opportunity for you!
