This leading law firm is seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor NQ-2 years PQE.
It is essential for this role that you have trained at a top 200 law firm and have gained a solid grounding in high end real estate work .
You should have experience in the drafting of property contracts, leases, reports and contract negotiation, as well as have had responsibility for running aspects of property transactions. You will work across the broad spectrum of real estate matters to include landlord and tenant, property development, estate management, investment funds and retail/leisure.
If you have excellent academic results coupled with training from a Legal 200 firm this could be the perfect role for you.
