Residential Conveyancer / Solicitor / Paralegal

JDI Legal are based in the North East and have over 18 years dedicated to the legal profession.

We are currently working on multiple conveyancing positions for a leading residential property specialist who are in a position of growth for their Newcastle office.

The successful individuals will, dependent on their experience and ability, inherit a residential conveyancing caseload of 40-90 files. A mix of residential sales and purchase, right to buy ,shared ownership etc from instruction to post completion. There will be support in place and excellent IT and case management systems relied upon.    

A range of experience and talent is sought but the priority being you are in a residential conveyancing position currently and can take a transaction from instruction to post completion and have first class communication and organisational skills.  

Applications are invited from experienced Paralegals, Legal Executives and Solicitors and salary will be paid in accordance with experience and billing.
