Marketing Project Manager

One of the world’s leading international law firms is looking for a Marketing Project Manager to join its team on a contract basis, for up to 12 months. You will be joining a constantly evolving team which changes and adapts to business needs.  This position sits within a central team, and is responsible for the delivery and project management of a variety of key strategic projects within shared service functions within the marketing team.  Your responsibilities will include:

• Working alongside BDM Management on key projects and initiatives, which at times will require taking the lead on those projects;
• Line management of three team leaders and holding overall responsibility for the three teams, including: Client Presentations, the Graphic Centre and the Pitch Assistance Centre;
• Working closely with the Senior Manager of Global Pitching and Pitching and the team on numerous project related tasks;
• Ensuring an effective workflow tool replacement system is in place, working with the Technology and Marketing Services team leaders.

As a candidate, you will have experience in people and project management, as well as working in in a professional services firm and in a delivery environment under time pressure. You need to be skilled in stakeholder and people management and be a confident communicator.  This role will involve regular travel within the UK and Europe.
