The Role
This is a fantastic opportunity for a Real Estate Finance Lawyer to join their prestigious London office.
The team specialises in property litigation, tax, property joint ventures, construction, planning and environment.
You will support Partners on Real Estate Finance matters representing banks and financial institutions involving both commercial and residential property portfolios. A large part of the work involves working on property aspects of large banking transactions.
You will have:
- At least 2 years real estate finance experience, ideally at a City or national practice.
- Experience of managing more junior team members.
- Achieved a minimum 2:1 degree.
- Strong commercial acumen.
- Experience in a fast-paced, challenging environment where you will be required to have a proactive approach and meet tight deadlines with demanding workloads.
