The Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Business Support & Restructuring Lawyer to join their prestigious London office.

This high flying team has an enviable position on all the major bank panels and prides themselves on their long standing relationships with the restructuring and insolvency specialists at market leading accountancy firms and agents. With established teams across the UK, this dedicated team offer a full service across the entire spectrum of restructuring and insolvency assignments in a wide range of sectors.

You will support Partners on Real Estate Finance matters representing banks and financial institutions involving both commercial and residential property portfolios. A large part of the work involves working on property aspects of large bank transactions.

You will have:

• At least 2 years restructuring experience, ideally at a City or national practice.
• Achieved a minimum 2:1 degree.
