The Role
The firm is seeking to hire a Residential Conveyancer to join their office in Sudbury, Suffolk.
The property department is one of the firms busiest and fastest growing departments, the team in Sudbury is thriving. You will work alongside one of the Partners with a highly experienced team dealing with a top-quality caseload. The firm have an ethos of delivering great service, fee earners dealing with manageable caseloads and charging well for the work that they do. The caseload will be high quality property services, which includes purchasing under Right to Buy Legislation, Buying to let. This experienced team has a wealth of knowledge that ensures a smooth proceeded transaction.
Requirements
- You will be a Residential Conveyancer with at least 3 years PQE (there is no upper limit in terms of the amount of experience)
- You should have a strong technical knowledge
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong client relationships is key
- Salary is above market rate and negotiable depending on your level of experience, plus an excellent bonus structure.
