Structured Finance DCM Lawyer

THE ROLE

Within the debt capital markets practice which offers expert advice on a full range of debt capital markets and structured finance transactions and derivatives ranging from corporate, high yield and sovereign bonds to securitisations, derivatives and structured products.

The clients that this team represents include managers, arrangers and issuers, trustees and depositaries of debt, equity, equity linked and other instruments and originators of securitised assets as well as investors in such instruments.

The practice has advised lenders, arrangers and originators on asset backed financings and securitisations of various asset classes and structures including:

automotive receivables

consumer receivables

trade and equipment lease receivables

commercial mortgages

residential mortgages, and

infrastructure assets

warehouse facilities, and

platform lending

ABOUT YOU

An experienced Structured Finance lawyer who has practised at a top tier firm, you will have a strong academic background (minimum 2 degree) with excellent written communication and drafting skills.

The successful candidate will also have outstanding technical skills, together with the ability to build relationships with clients and colleagues and work well in a team.

The ideal candidate will have 4-6pqe (or equivalent) and experience and/or a strong interest in Structured Finance work.
