Commercial Lawyer/Senior Paralegal - Oxford (with flexible working) - 3 months
A software company based in Oxford is seeking a commercial lawyer or senior paralegal to join their in-house team for a period of 3 months.
My client is seeking a candidate with the ability to 'hit the ground running' and work well with heavy workloads, often to tight deadlines.
Skills required:
*Experience of general commercial / contract law, IP & IT law is essential
*Excellent attention to detail
*Strong negotiation and influencing skills
*Ability to prioritise and manage a busy workload, often to tight deadlines
*General negotiation and completion of commercial contracts to the benefit of the company and its subsidiaries.
*Supporting sales activities, negotiating key contracts and providing ad hoc legal advice

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5* years experience working in-house in a legal capacity and will be available at short notice. We would also consider this as a part time position for the right candidate.
