Defendant Clinical Negligence Associate Solicitor.
Due to continued expansion, a senior level opportunity has arisen for a highly experienced clinical negligence solicitor 5 PQE+ to join a progressive and successful national Top 100 law firm renowned for its expertise in defending complex clinical negligence claims on behalf of the NHS Resolution panel.
You will undertake an integral role within the team with responsibility for your own challenging clinical negligence caseload and supervising junior team members. In addition, you will be actively involved also make an appropriate contribution to business development, client seminars and writing articles for publication.
My client is open to applications from individuals at solicitor, associate or partner level provided you have the requisite defendant clinical negligence experience.
