Our client currently has a requirement for a Customer Relations specialist to ensure that all satisfactory quality issues and complaints are managed appropriately and in line with FCA requirements. The successful candidate will also be able to identify opportunities for service improvement.

Description
Ensure all cases into the team are dealt with in a timely, efficient and courteous manner
To comply with all company procedures and standards
To comply with all relevant legislation at all times including Consumer Credit Act, Consumer Rights Act and Financial Conduct Authority rules.
Provide support, advice and guidance to other departments across the business and the dealer network in order to achieve Quality Commitments
Regularly liaise with the dealer/introducer network to review open satisfactory quality complaints and discuss actions required
Monitor and report performance on service and quality commitments
Carry out regular analysis to provide information on data trends
Be involved in the decision-making process and being able to communicate this effectively
Dealing with sensitive issues in a polite and professional manner
Demonstrate an understanding of the value of commercial relationships
Profile
- Complaints handling background (ideally within the Consumer/Asset Finance sector and familiarity with the Consumer Rights Act 2015)
- Awareness of external bodies (including the Financial Conduct Authority and Financial Ombudsman Service)
- Excellent telephone, written and oral communication skills
- Objection handling, negotiation and decision-making ability
- Good commercial acumen
Job Offer
Salary of up to £30,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
Good exposure to in house legal issues
