Corporate Associate - (2+ PQE to more senior level) -
A rare high quality opportunity for a Lawyer with a good grounding in the field of Corporate Law to join a leading and prestigious regional law firm, working with some fascinating clients.
We would encourage applications from 2+ PQE Lawyers upwards to more senior Associate level. You will need to have experience of working with high-end clients at a good quality firm in Corporate matters affecting such fields of M&A, private equity transactions, corporate, share and asset disposals and acquisitions, private equity transactions, joint ventures, IPOS and secondary issues and re-organisations. Experience within the Financial Services sector would be beneficial here.
You should have the ability, drive and confidence to develop strong working relationships with national and multi-national Clients as well as providing support and advice to colleagues within the firm in a thoroughly collegiate atmosphere. You need to be a driven individual who is also a good team member and able to maintain the very high standards of this high ranking firm.
