An experienced Private Client Solicitor with exposure to very high net worth clientele is required by a leading Northamptonshire based Legal 500 firm.
You will have more than 3 years, though more experienced candidates will definitely be considered.
The successful candidate will be dealing with a full range of private client matters including drafting wills, inheritance tax planning, lifetime tax planning, administration of trusts, capital gains tax, income tax, stamp duty land tax (working knowledge), all commonly encountered aspects of probate work, LPAs/EPAs and registration, Court of Protection, deputyship and elderly client issues.
You will be expected to demonstrate strong technical ability and be able to manage own caseload and will be rewarded with a regionally leading salary and a generous benefits package with a clear pathway for progression and partnership.
