Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner.
A Legal 500 firm with their main site in Northampton is seeking a residential conveyancing fee earner to join their expanding team.
This Legal 500 firm are looking for a residential conveyancing fee earner with experience of handling matters from inception to completion with minimal supervision. You will have a solid technical understanding of the sale, purchase and remortgage of freehold and leasehold property. The firm have excellent local links but candidate who have worked in the local Northamptonshire area and have a knowledge of the local market and clients would be advantageous.
The role would suit a senior fee earner, either a CLC or CILEx accredited individual or indeed an experienced solicitor. You will receive a market leading salary and the firm can offer ongoing support and development.
