Senior Commercial Counsel, APAC (10+ PQE) - 14571/TTL

This multinational internet company is seeking a senior qualified lawyer to join its Singapore office, covering its Asia Pacific businesses. You will provide advice and support on all legal commercial matters including business agreements, transaction negotiation, and compliance issues. You ideally are Singaporean or Common Law qualified with over 10 years’ PQE gained in the technical or internet industry. Experience in advising or overseeing a variety of commercial contracts is essential. A problem-solver with solid technology experience plus a pro-business approach is preferred. Fluency in an additional language especially Mandarin Chinese is highly desirable to liaise with some clients from China. REF: 14571/TTL
