This London headquartered Financial Services company is looking to hire a Senior Legal Counsel as a result of continued growth in the business.
Client Details
Growing Financial Services company based in London with other offices in Australia, Germany and the US
Description
You will be responsible for advising the business on a broad range of transactional finance matters with a particular focus on capital markets, trade finance, supply chain finance and receivables finance.
Profile
The successful candidate will be a qualified lawyer with at least 6 year's PQE. You will be keen to work within the global trade finance space and support transactions and teams in different time-zones whilst possessing the aptitude to also advise on a whole range of general company, corporate and commercial matters.
While any experience in the trade finance and receivables would be beneficial, it is not essential, as it will be your adaptability and acumen that will underpin your success in the role.
