Venn Group's specialist legal team are excited to be recruiting for a Locum Senior Property Solicitor to join a Local Authority in the South West, for the duration of 2-3 months initially.

This position offers an hourly rate of between £45 - £50 per hour. This role offered on a full time basis with possible flexible home working and has been deemed to fall inside of IR35.

The successful applicant will have previous experience in the public sector and management, with a background in a range of property matters.

This role will deal with a variety of matters across the property spectrum and the management of a small team. Successful applicants will be required to have a good practical knowledge of relevant legislation and dealing with a complex and varied case load including matters such as unique development issues, capital projects and major land transactions.

Previous management experience is preferential, as the successful applicant will be required to split their time between a varied case load and day-to-day management duties.

Applicants such as Lawyers, Solicitors and Legal Executives with experience within a similar role will be considered.
