Commercial Property Solicitor – £50k – West Midlands

Well respected firm seeks a Commercial Property Solicitor to join their busy Property Department on either a full time or part time basis. This role offers excellent career prospects for the right candidate.

The firm is conveniently located, easily accessible and has free on site parking. They have excellent staff retention rates and allow flexible working.

The successful applicant will manage a varied and stimulating caseload of commercial property matters. The work will include acquisitions and disposals of commercial property, commercial leases, options, promotion agreements and development work. There will be the opportunity to gain exposure of agricultural property matters.

A salary of circa £50,000 is on offer dependent on experience. Candidates seeking a higher salary will be considered on their own merits.

In order to be considered for this position you must be a qualified Solicitor capable of handling a varied commercial property caseload independently. We are interested in hearing from Property Solicitors at all levels of post qualification experience.
