Corporate & Commercial | Senior In House Legal Counsel | 3-month FTC
A global building materials company is seeking to recruit an in house senior corporate / commercial legal counsel for a 3-month fixed term contract to help with an increased work-load.
Responsibilities of the in house legal counsel include picking up projects and taking the lead on them, plus assisting the wider legal team on their GDPR implementation.
Candidate Profile
The company are looking to appoint a n in house legal counsel who can demonstrate:
- Proven experience in share acquisitions, share purchase agreements, and general commercial contracts.
- A wealth of in house counsel experience and around 8 years of PQE.
