Media and Tech Paralegal

An excellent opportunity has arisen at a top law firm in their Media and Tech team.

The team work with some of the most interesting well known media and tech companies as well as start-ups and provide advice across a range of issues affecting media and tech companies.

The Media and Tech Paralegal can look forward to joining a tight knit team of 3 partners, 2 associates and a trainee. The team get on really well and are known as one of the most sociable in the office!

The Media and Tech Paralegal will assist members of the team on a number of ongoing and anticipated projects relating to the EU General Data Protection Regulation, the EU e-Privacy Directive and other technology regulatory matters.  Very rare for a paralegal role, this role will include client contact, and the successful person can look forward to being the central point of contact, maintaining the task list and developing a precedent system.

Applications are welcome from Paralegals with excellent academics and with a minimum of 3 months experience in a paralegal role. Ideally in media, tech or commercial, but also corporate, litigation as well as an interest in media and tech will be considered.

This Media and Tech Paralegal role is initially for 6 months but is likely to be extended.
