Locum Childcare Lawyer required for an immediate start at a Legal 500 ranked firm in Chelmsford to manage their own caseload of predominately public matters.
The Role
This is a fantastic opportunity for a Childcare Lawyer with 2 years’ plus PQE to join a well-established team and undertake a locum assignment. The role will involve handling a varied range of predominately publicly-funded childcare work including: adoption; child protection; child in need proceedings; contact arrangements and; guardianship. It would be advantageous to have Child Panel membership. In return, the firm offers a competitive salary and a supportive work environment.
The Candidate
Applications are encouraged from solicitors and legal executives with 2 years’ plus PQE in childcare from a reputable firm.
It would be advantageous to possess Child Panel membership.
Experience in conducting your own advocacy is required.
Ideally, you will have exceptional client care skills.
The successful Locum Childcare Lawyer will be available to start work immediately.
