The company:

Pure Search are working with a well known Asset Manager seeking a Funds Lawyer initially for a maternity contract.

The role:

  • Negotiating investment management and advisory agreements and assisting with client on-boarding;
  • Negotiating distribution, platform and rebate agreements and assisting with the implementation of those arrangements;
  • Dealing with ad hoc queries relating to the above matters;
  • Working closely with key stakeholders in the business and with external counsel.

About you:

  • Qualified as a solicitor in England and Wales, with a current Practising Certificate
  • Relevant experience of negotiating IMAs, advisory agreements, distribution / platform agreements
  • Ideally some UCITS experience
  • Ability to work autonomously on matters
  • Strong commercial awareness
