A top ranked London based commercial law firm seeks new corporate/commercial associate.
The firm works on smaller M&A deals with value up to £50M. The Practice is described as excellent and they are especially active in the leisure and food sectors (amongst others).
The work will have a focus on M&A but also include joint ventures, corporate finance and capital markets work.
Candidate requirements:
-UK qualified lawyer with 4-10 years experience
-Solid grounding in corporate/commercial work
-Experience in handling clients
-Excellent academics
-Team player
