Residential Property Associate

A great full time opportunity for an experienced and well established residential conveyancer to join a busy and friendly team in their Bournemouth office.

The Role:

Candidates will have experience of running their own caseload and handling high volumes of complex transactions.  Experience of managing staff would be advantageous as you will be responsibility for guiding and mentoring junior member of staff.  You will be heavily involved in the strategy and future direction of the firm. You will have demonstrable experience handling business development and nurturing a client base.  This role is being offered with a view of obtaining equity partnership in the next two to three years.

The Candidate:

This position would suit an associate, senior associate solicitor or salaried partner looking to take that next step up to equity partnership.
