A global healthcare business based in Middlesex is seeking a Company Secretarial Assistant to join the in-house team for a period of 6 months.

This is an exciting opportunity for the successful candidate to gain some valuable experience that will help progress their career.

My Client is looking a confident and organised person who has the ability to pick things up quickly and works well in part of a team.

The role will be to assist the Senior Company Secretariat Assistant and other members of the team to manage Corporate Secretariat's relationship with Group subsidiary companies.

Responsibilities include:
*Assisting in the maintenance of legal statutory registers
*Assisting in the production of legal documents, the drafting of board meetings and the completion of forms for Companies House
*To work with and assist the Senior Company Assistant
*Maintaining the Global Corporate Database


The successful candidate will have some Company Secretarial experience or equivalent and great administration skills. You will be comfortable communicating with people at all levels of the business and be a fast learner in a busy environment.
