RTA FTU Fee Earner

Our clent, a modern legal practice based in Manchester City Centre are seeking to appoint a RTA Fee Earner to join their expanding Personal Injury department.

The RTA Fee Earner role will involve handling your own caseload of Litigated Fast Track RTA matters from Instruction to Settlement that are non-Portal although you may be required to work on cases within the Portal. There is also the opportunity to work on multi-track cases.

The successful RTA Fee Earner will be able to demonstrate a proven track record of working within Personal Injury, possess Portal experience and knowledge of Civil Procedure Rules. Additionally, you will be tenacious and ambitious about progressing your career.
