A well regarded boutique Legal 500 firm of employment solicitors in Oxfordshire, who focus predominantly on respondent work are seeking a recently qualified to five years' PQE solicitor.
The Role:
· The role will suit a recently qualified to five PQE solicitor who specialises in employment law, undertaking a varied and quality caseload.
· The client list includes PLC's, mid-tier and SME businesses.
Candidate Requirements:
· Excellent communication skills, a client focus and an interest in defendant work is a must.
· Applications are sought from employment lawyers who have experience of both contentious and non-contentious work, although the work will predominantly be contentious.
