Marketing and Events Executive

We are currently recruiting a Marketing Executive with Events role for a prestigious Law Firm based in London. It is a brand new permanent position. 

The role will be to assist the Marketing and Business Development team and will predominantly involve event management for seminars, client dinners/lunches, awards ceremonies, hospitality and internal training. The role also includes other marketing activities such as maintaining the firm's website, marketing databases, and formatting brochures and articles and also has quite a large focus on Digital.

We are looking for candidates that are bright, enthusiastic with a pro-active persona and that will be able to deal with multiple tasks as the role is very 'hands-on'. We are looking for candidates with events experience from a professional services environment, ideally legal, and have a track record of having had involvement in running and planning events. You will be confident and professional and able to work to very strict deadlines and be able to deal with Senior Level Stakeholders.
