An excellent opportunity for an experienced Litigation Solicitor / Legal Executive with Leasehold & Enfranchisement experience to specialise in this area of law , working for a highly reputable North London firm.
A well established, multi office firm are on the lookout for a Leasehold & Enfranchisement Solicitor/ legal executive to come and join their friendly team.
This role will require you to deal with Lease extension and lease enfranchisements in the main, so you will need a good level of experience within this area of law.
You will need to have a minimum of 3 years PQE and be able to independently manage and prioritize a very busy caseload.
Strong business development skills are essential as you will be required to bring in new business to the department.
