Legal & Compliance Manager (6-10 yrs PQE) - 14398/TTL

This global leader in the housing and building industry is seeking an experienced Legal & Compliance Manager with solid commercial and corporate experience to support its’ operations in Thailand. Based in Bangkok with regular visits to its local sites, you will provide legal support on general corporate matters, commercial agreements, restructuring and M&A transactions, regulatory compliance, corporate governance, employment issues and advise businesses om compliance requirements. To be considered, you must have at least 6-10 years’ PQE  handling commercial contracts, IP matters and general corporate work, preferably with an MNC. Candidates with Thai and US/UK/Common Law international legal qualifications plus knowledge of Thai law and practices are preferred. Excellent drafting, negotiating and communication skills are required as well as fluency in English and Thai languages. REF: 14398/TTL
