Skills:
- Work with the Corporate Partner on a multitude of high profile corporate transactions
- Will be part of a talented and international team across their Dubai and Abu Dhabi officers
- Advise and support the team on a range of matters including M&As
- Draft, review and execute corporate contracts and agreements
Requirements:
- Must be 6+ PQE
- Must be qualified from a Common Law jurisdiction
- Must have trained and qualified at an international law firm
- Must have experience working on Corporate M&A matters at a Magic Circle or leading US firm
- Must have excellent drafting and transactional skills
- Ideally be based in the region
