Corporate Commercial Paralegal

An excellent opportunity has arisen at a to US law firm for a Corporate Commercial Paralegal.

The role is to work closely with a small team of Associates and a Company Secretary to assist and the successful Corporate Commercial Paralegal can look forward to having a high level of responsibility and client contact from an early stage.

The Corporate Commercial Paralegal role will be varied and include setting up companies, verifications, minutes, completion checklists and drafting NDA’s.

Applications are very welcome from candidates who are currently in a law firm in a similar role and from Corporate Commercial Paralegals who are currently working In-House.

This role has excellent prospects for progression having arisen as the current incumbent is starting their Training Contract with the firm in September.
