HR Systems & MI Advisor

My client is a leading top-tiered international law firm, who are looking to recruit a HR Adviser with an aptitude for systems and management information.

The HR Advisor will work closely with the HR Manager and will join a team of around 50 HR staff in their prestigious London Offices.

The key duties will include:

• Be a primary contact and super-user for queries on the HR system
• Act as system administrator for the system, configuring the system as required, controlling all user access, managing data flows in and out of the system, and ensuring data accuracy and data protection compliance
• Train, coach and support users within HR and the wider firm on the system functions
• Support the specification, testing and implementation of system updates and changes
• Liaise with the 3rd party system providers, coordinating the reporting and resolution of issues raised by users, and act as a bridge between the firm’s IT department and the wider HR team

In addition to the responsibilities listed above, the HR Adviser will also undertake other regular tasks and will participate in ad hoc HR systems and MI projects.

The HR Advisor will have aptitude for system administration and reporting and the interpersonal skills to support users across the business. They will also have strong numerical and reporting skills as well as an excellent attention to detail.
