This is a very interesting opportunity in the Bournemouth market at present.

Our client is a very well established and highly regarded firm based in the South of the country and London, who have this week secured new premises in Bournemouth. Joining the Bournemouth market has been in their growth plans this year, and have now put this plan into action with finding a new office and beginning their recruitment into that location.

With this in mind, the firm is now looking for a number of senior level candidates, ideally with a following or ability to business develop. One of these senior level / Partner level roles is within Employment, and therefore looking for an ambitious Employment Solicitor to join the new Bournemouth office.

This is such an exciting opportunity - joining a very well known firm in a new location, building a team and business around you in a beautiful location. This would certainly suit someone who is ambitious, has a following, great connections or a demonstrable business development background that they could use to build the business once in situ. This role would suit someone who is currently frustrated where they are, not quite reaching that Partner level in their current firm, having to jump through hoop after hoop to get there, or massively entrepreneurial and would relish the challenge of effectively setting up your own department.
