Our client is an award winning, national full service law firm headquartered in Bristol. They have a number of Legal 500 and Chambers&Partners top tier rankings, including their highly regarded Employment team.

Your new role
You will be joining a very well established employment team with over 20 lawyers specialising in a wide range of employment work including business and TUPE transfers, re-organisations, employment tribunals, disciplinaries, redundancy and restrictive covenants.

You will enjoy a wide range of specialist employment work offering a range of advice to claimants and respondents including tribunal claims, enforcement of contracts, corporate support and drafting of contracts.

This is an extremely diverse team and whilst you will work closely with the firms partners, you will be provided autonomy from the outset and the chance to develop your employment skills.

What you'll need to succeed
You should have at least 2 years post qualification experience however candidates with employment paralegal experience will also be considered. You will have great academics as well as have trained at a leading regional practice. Excellent client facing skills are essential as well as the ability to work within a diverse team. You should have a genuine passion for employment law and a commercial awareness as a specialist employment lawyer.
