    • Support the Head of Privacy with the delivery of the company's privacy compliance programme
    • Managing the Privacy Analyst
    • Provide day to day privacy guidance to the business and support operational activities required to support the management of an effective privacy programme (e. creating reports and documentation, using privacy software management tool, designing privacy compliance processes).
    • Support and contribute to the delivery and management of the Privacy Office compliance programme and practices to ensure business needs are met, and privacy compliance are proactively identified and managed including (but not limited) to completion of data protection impact assessments (DPIAs), operational privacy compliance, managing maintenance and update of group records of processing activities
    • Support and contribute to the establishment of a privacy risk assessment process to identify and mitigate privacy risks associated with the processing of personal data, understand why personal data is collected, accessed, shared, protected and stored.
    • Support and contribute to the creation and implementation of privacy's key performance indicators (KPIs) and key risk indicators (KRIs) to establish privacy metrics to support the Privacy Office support to the business.
    • Analyse privacy metrics to develop privacy reports to the Privacy Office and other key stakeholders in the business.
    • Participate to the privacy auditing related affairs of the Privacy Office.
    • Support the Privacy office in embedding a data privacy culture.
    • Support the Privacy Office to ensure appropriate safeguards are in place to comply with applicable data protection laws corporate policies.
    • Policy drafting
    • Implement and maintain processes to support the Legal Team with review of vendors privacy due diligence.
    • Manage resolution of issues escalated by the team of Data Guardians, act a resource on operation issues related to the handling of data subject rights requests and privacy by design/default.
    • Deliver data protection training to educate, inform and train employees.
    • Partner with business stakeholders to draft and document business processes, guidelines, standards and controls across the business (e. data subject rights, data deletion, data protection principles, etc).
