**NEW ROLE** Residential Conveyancing Assistant- Newcastle upon Tyne

Are you a Conveyancing Assistant looking for a new opportunity??

My client is a respectable law firm with multiple offices across the country. They are looking for an experienced Residential Conveyancing Assistant to join their expanding office in Newcastle upon Tyne.

The job will involve providing support to a full-time fee earner on their busy caseload of sale and purchase conveyancing transactions from inception to completion with responsibilities including, use of the firm's case management system, handling telephone calls, giving quotes, through to registration of purchases and drafting Contracts and dealing with lenders, clients and referrals.

The ideal Residential Conveyancing Assistant will have Residential Conveyancing experience in a prior role, be fully conversant with the Conveyancing process from start through to finish and be able to draft contracts to name a few. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to train to become a Fee Earner as the firm is growing rapidly and the opportunity for progression is very real.

The Salary on offer for this Residential Conveyancing Assistant role is up to £21K dependent on experience.
