Progressive firm based in Warwickshire seek to appoint an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor for their leading Commercial Property Team.

The firm offer an excellent quality of work, similar to that of large city firms, and have cultivated a relaxed and friendly environment where personal and professional development is actively encouraged.

You will handle a full and varied commercial property caseload to include but not limited to landlord and tenant matters, acquisitions and disposals, development work and lease extensions and renewals.

A salary of £45,000 to £60,000 is on offer alongside a competitive benefits package. The firm allows for flexible working and trusts their employees to manage their own time.
