Senior M&A transaction Lawyer

A leading venture capitalist is looking for a senior corporate lawyer to join their growing business.

The role will sit within the financing arm of the Venture Capitalist and will work at a senior level. The new hire will be responsible for assisting with all transactions relating to the companies’ investments, working alongside stakeholders and other board members.

The ideal candidate will be 5-10 years pqe with  transaction experience in ; M&A, term sheets, joint ventures, venture capital and additional investor documentation. As well as a broad corporate skillset the role will also delve into commercial contracts such as ; SPA’s and shareholder agreements. Profiles from both in house and private practice candidates will be considered, knowledge of venture capital institutions and investments will be an added benefit.
