THE ROLE
An experienced in house legal adviser is now sought to join in a highly visible role to provide support internationally.
The role will suit a lawyer 5pqe+ who has gained outstanding commercial contracts and technology experience either in house or in private practice.
ABOUT YOU
A confident lawyer who enjoys working in the entrepreneurial technology space, your experience will encompass the full range of data protection, intellectual property and GDPR matters.
This is a role where you will also play a part in the company's commercial decision making, and you will therefore have the ability to cope with competing demands.
The work will include dealing with clients internationally and managing the company's law firm roster, as well as global commercial contract negotiations and all data protection and privacy matters.
Able to communicate well with stakeholders at all levels, you will have experience of and an interest in, commercial and business development, and be able to operate successfully in entrepreneurial environment.
