This global law firm seeks a senior corporate/commercial lawyer to focus on inbound and outbound M&A to be based in its Beijing/Shanghai office. You must have over 5 years PQE with a renowned PRC or international law firm, an LLB from overseas or from a top law school in China, plus an LLM/JD from overseas and an overseas Bar qualification.
