M&A Associate (4-5 yrs PQE) Shanghai - 14598/TTL

This leading US law firm with a strong track record in M&A and private equity work is seeking a talented corporate lawyer for its Shanghai office with 4-5 years PQE to assist with the execution of deals.  Both roles require solid experience in M&A or private equity transactions at leading international law firms, with overseas working experience preferred but not essential. Fluency in English and Mandarin is mandatory. REF: 14598/TTL
