Head of Housing Litigation - Our clients are a top ranked practice in the Housing Association/RSL legal market are now looking for a new member to lead their housing litigation team.
You will need at least 6 years' + relevant case handling experience, a previous track record of managing an experienced team and the highest level of business development and networking skills.
This niche team act exclusively for registered providers of social housing, local authorities, Co-operatives and ALMO’s, dealing with leasehold management matters such as litigation involving shared ownership lessees, housing management matters and strategic and policy advice to Registered Providers of Social Housing.
