In-house Corporate Solicitor

A leading legal services provider is seeking an experienced and rounded corporate lawyer to join its in-house team for up to three months. Candidates will have experience negotiating and drafting agreements in conjunction with all stakeholders, carrying out due diligence, arranging financing options and negotiating securities, and finalising post-completion registrations. Due to the nature of the firm’s work and reputation, the ideal candidate will have interest and experience in cross-border transactions although this is desirable rather than a necessity. This role represents an ideal opportunity to gain exposure within the fields of M&A and corporate restructuring, and the firm is willing to consider a range of experience in candidates.
