A rapidly growing, market-leading boutique city law firm is seeking a junior commercial litigation lawyer to join a highly established Dispute Resolution team dealing with public interest and insolvency matters, and Director Disqualifications – acting for both Insolvency and Director Stakeholders.

Applicants should have some noteworthy litigation experience across commercial litigation and insolvency and must show a desire to take on Director Disqualification work. Full training will be provided, but candidates must have relevant training within adjourning areas. Any exposure focussed on tax litigation is particularly desirable as is the ability to assist with marketing legal services online.

The successful candidate will likely be au fait with the insolvency service, the treasury solicitor, and/or the providers of legal services to the secretary of state. There is significant scope for successful applicants to contribute to the firm’s publications and for client and business development from an early stage. The firm also offers a superb benefits structure, whereby a discretionary firm-wide bonus scheme and a fee earner bonus both provide substantial opportunities to boost financial prospects.

Please note our advertisements use PQE/salary levels purely as a guide. However we are happy to consider applications from all candidates who are able to demonstrate the skills necessary to fulfil the role.

At LAW Absolute we endeavour to respond to all applications within 48 hours. However due to the volume of applications we receive we may not be able to respond to every candidate individually.

If you have not heard from us within a 48 hour timeframe your application has not been successful and your details have not been retained. LAW Absolute acts as an employment business for temporary recruitment and as an employment agency for fixed term contract and permanent recruitment.
