We have a exciting new role for a Laweyr with a storng construction background c10PQE + to join a global business embarking on a major infrastructure project.

This is a newly created, high profile career opportunity for a Lawyer seeking to work as a specialist in house counsel liaising directly with stakeholders and management at the highest level.

THE ROLE

The post holder will be expected to work as a key member of the business advising on the commercial and contractual aspects of a major multi-party international project.

The purpose of the role is to put in place a solid long term legal framework for this high-level project, managing, negotiating and drafting joint ventures, finance and commercial agreements

The successful candidate will be expected to travel both in the UK and overseas.

THE CANDIDATE

As a key member of the business, the post holder will be expected to deliver legal advice with total confidence and credibility.

The role requires strong technical skills and a solid academic background along with the ability to deliver both commercial and strategic advice on a complex, high profile project.

Candidates with a background in Construction, infrastructure, projects and /or energy would be ideally suited for this opportunity.

Indivisuals willing to relocate /living wiin reach of Gloucestershire would be of particular interest
