An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Legal Adviser with 10 years' experience within legal to join a busy international Media/ Entertainment provider based in London.
This role is perfect for a NQ / Legal Secretary / Legal Adviser candidate with experience within large corporations who is looking for a part-time role.
The Legal Adviser will be supporting a CFO and taking an active part in the wider legal team you will be responsible for:
- Reviewing of existing and new commercial contracts to ensure regulatory, legal and corporate requirements are adhered to.
- Ensuring that the Company is complying with legislation and regulation as appropriate in conjunction with the Company's external legal advisers and the Audit and Compliance teams.
- Establish relationship with international teams in EMEA region and act as first point of contact on all local legal matters.
- Assist Compliance team on GDPR implementation.
- Advice and assistance on dispute resolution.
- Drafting, reviewing, negotiating of contracts.
To be considered for this role you will be a paralegal with 10+ years experience, completed a law degree, preferably LPC qualifications. You will be able to work effectively in a fast paced team environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are key to your ongoing success.
