OUR CLIENT

A leading international City law firm seeks to recruit a NQ-2 PQE Solicitor to handle a financial services/derivatives workload.

THE ROLE

You will have exposure to a wide variety of work which will include negotiation, advisory and tranactional elements including:

Analysing and negotiating derivative and trading documentation for hedge fund and asset management clients. Provision of advice to buy-side clients on all regulatory developments impacting the derivatives market.

Collaborating with fund lawyers on fund prospectuses, investment management agreements and documentation.

Assisting the Banking and Project Finance departments by drafting or reviewing derivative hedging instruments for financing transactions.

CANDIDATE

The successful candidate will have completed a Finance seat at a leading City firm and have a demonstrable interest in pursuing a career in a derivatives practice.

As a team member you will be given an opportunity to build and develop networks with a variety of individuals at different levels of seniority
