Are you a Part Exchange Co-Ordinator with extensive technical experience of handling a full start-to-finish sales process including resales and exchange of properties?
A full service UK 200 firm with a national reach are looking for a Part Exchange specialist to join their sales plot team in Leeds.

The Role:
-Joining as a specialist co-ordinator you will be responsible for handling the purchase, resale and part exchange of properties in a supportive service.
-You will be expected to manage a full process caseload whilst providing up to date files throughout.
-The role will involve liaising with clients, estate agents and members of the plot sales unit regularly
-You will need to be able to draft transfers and carry out searches whilst responding promptly to any enquiries raised throughout the process lifecycle.
-Due to the role covering the process from start to finish, the applicant will also need to complete any land registry and stamp duty requirements.
-The role will also involve a significant degree of client relationship maintenance
The Candidate:
-In order to be considered for this position, you must have extensive experience of carrying out checks and searches regarding the exchange of properties
-Experience in working within a plot sales or conveyancing environment
-A proven record of working with documents, processes and terminology associated with the position
-A knowledge of running a transactional caseload in a volume driven work environment with emphasis on KPI's and targets
-A knowledge of FENSA and electrical/gas regulations, as well experience of the planning and building requirements associated with alterations is required for this position.
-IT skills centred around case management are also required given the nature of the role
-A team based working history is desired with the ideal candidate being invested in the success of the team whilst supporting others if required.
