The Role

The firm is now looking for an experienced private client solicitor to join the office in Tunbridge Wells in a senior role. You will be taking on a varied and interesting caseload of instructions, expected to include;

The Role

- Lasting Powers of Attorney
- Planning in relation to Inheritance Tax
- All matters relating to estates management
- Wills and probate work, including Inheritance Act claims
The Candidate
Our client is looking for applications from solicitors with a strong background in private client work gained with a reputable firm;
- Excellent client care and strong communication skills with experience in managing junior colleagues ia required
- With at least 5 years PQE, you should have an empathetic approach and be able to explain complex matters in clear, accessible language
- STEP membership, membership of Solicitors for the Elderly or similar would be advantageous
